To ensure a great experience for all guests, please follow the guidelines below: 🔥 Blackstone Griddle – Must Be Cleaned After Use Before cooking: Preheat the griddle for a few minutes, then apply a thin layer of olive oil or cooking oil to the surface using a paper towel or cloth. While cooking: Use non-metal utensils to avoid damaging the surface. After cooking: While the surface is still warm (not hot), use the scraper provided to remove food debris. Wipe down the surface with a paper towel or cloth. Apply a small amount of oil and wipe evenly to protect the surface from rust. Empty and wipe out the grease trap. 🧼 Failure to clean the Blackstone after use will result in a cleaning fee. 🍕 Wood-Fired Pizza Oven – Use at Your Own Risk Guests may use the pizza oven, but wood is not provided. After use, please remove all ashes and debris once the oven is completely cool. Do not use wet wood or paper to start the fire – use only dry, untreated firewood. Improper use may result in damage and fees. ☂️ Patio Umbrella – Lay Flat When Not in Use Must be laid down flat on the ground when not in use. Sudden windstorms in the area can cause severe damage to the umbrella and property. You will be responsible for any damage if the umbrella is left upright and gets blown over. ⚠️ All items are provided as a courtesy and used at your own risk. Any damage or failure to clean properly will result in fees and replacement costs. 🔥 Propane – We provide a tank and usually a spare, but levels are not guaranteed; guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging if empty during their stay. Parking The garage at Yinz Suite Getaway is one car wide and two cars deep. It’s a snug fit, but it can accommodate two standard-sized vehicles or one large SUV or truck. Please note that access to the garage is through the front door of the home, using the interior man door. While you can close the garage using the keypad (just press “Enter”), re-entry must be made through the front door—there is no exterior access to the garage. Trash Trash pickup is scheduled for Thursdays. A maintenance crew will access the garage on Wednesday to roll the trash bins out for pickup and return on Friday to bring them back in. The crew will only enter the garage and will not access the interior of the home at any time. This ensures the property stays clean and compliant without disrupting your stay.
